ETF gains yet to hit bitcoin price but analyst says 'volatility is opportunity'

The bitcoin price has faltered in the weeks since historic spot bitcoin ETFs went live but that's nothing new for veteran investors.

Even as bitcoin makes new headway among institutional investment firms, with newly-listed products from the likes of BlackRock and Fidelity offering more traditional paths toward crypto exposure, the asset's notorious price volatility continues to leave many investors anxious and confused.

With the global investable asset base standing at $250 trillion, the "Big Ideas 2024" report from ARK indicated that investing 19.4% from that base would cause bitcoin's price to soar to staggering new heights.
